Important – For Parts/Repair The laptop no longer powers on – when a charger is connected, no indication of power appears (typically indicating a battery or power/charging fault). This developed after an earlier alert stating the AC adapter wattage could not be determined. When it was last working, all aspects of the laptop reported to be functioning.
Cosmetic Condition
  • Noticeable scratches on the top and bottom case
  • On the top case, there is a major dent (doesn't affect functionality of the laptop)
  • Bottom case also shows a small dent but nothing major as the top case
  • Bottom case has 8 screws missing which makes it very loose, 3 screws are left but are very loose. This could indicate tampering may have been done
  • On the left side of the hinge from the back, hardware of the laptop is visible
  • A dent is visible on the the right side of the port
  • Sticker residue near the keyboard and on the top case
  • Small scratches along the edges including the hinge are
